We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Package: If we send the wrong package, you may return the item for a replacement.
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim directly with USPS.
2. Return Process for Incorrect Packages
- Contact Us: Notify us within 5 days of receiving the incorrect package by emailing support@cocodeesse.com.
- Return Authorization: We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
- Replacement: Once we receive the returned package, we will send the correct item at no additional cost.
